About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Carroll College and Master's degree in Social Work from University of Montana. I have had the invaluable opportunity to serve children, families, and individuals in an array of settings: group homes, schools, a psychiatric hospital, community mental health center, in-home, and private practice. I am also a trained Circle of Security facilitator.
These diverse experiences allowed me to develop skills to effectively treat those struggling with symptoms related to trauma, relational difficulties, personality disorders, emotional and behavioral challenges, and family conflict.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety or depression, and individuals and families engaged in patterns of unhealthy relationships and interactions.

When we are no longer able to change a situation,
we are challenged to change ourselves.
